Metn – Same Day Delivery – 2.5 USD
Outside Areas – 1 to 2 Business Days Delivery – 5 USD
Do you ship internationally?
We provide International Shipping by our trusted Forwarder DHL, rates are calculated automatically upon checkout and international orders are directly insured to guarantee your satisfaction.
How might I obtain an estimated date of delivery?
After placing your order we will process it and send you in 1 business day all information related to the shipping and estimated delivery date.
How do I track my Order?
Please click on the Track Order button at the top of this page and enter your order details like order ID and Billing Email to get the latest order information our platform collected.
Payment Information
What payments methods are available?
You can pay for local orders upon arrival by Cash On Delivery in LBP or USD according to the platform rate. As for International orders you can pay either by Visa or Mastercard.
Can I split my payment?
No as it is your responsibility to pay in full for the product or shipping. You can’t cancel any order if you didn’t contact us 24 hours earlier of the delivery date.
Returns & Refunds
How do I exchange or return an item?
After contacting our support thru chat, contact form or by our hotline and confirming your reasons we will send a replacement or you can send us your return but charges will be handled by you.
How do I get a refund?
If a non electronic part is malfunctional or does not fit your car we will issue a direct refund by Western Union and you can send us back our product we will handle charges.
